ABC-weapons in wrong hands can result in extreme damaging behavior. Most scientists agree that the CO2 and micro-dust problem we face today and at least the next 100 years is mainly caused by us humans, but we just keep on going producing toxic gasses into the atmosphere as if there was no problem at all… Suicide bomber attacks, increased number of deadly assaults in schools or on campuses both in the U.S. and Europe, religious and ethnical conflicts, etc …
