The Pentagon and the U.S. intelligence agencies known as the N.S.A. [ National Security Agency ], C.S.S. [ Central Security Service ], D.I.A. [ Defense Intelligence Agency ], and the C.I.A. [ Central Intelligence Agency ], have extremely top secret technology which can up the private thoughts given by individuals from the infrasound vibrations produced by the brains’ electrochemical impulses, i.e. brainwaves. These brainwaves can be broadcast via microwave tranceivers, infrasound and ultrasound tranceivers, TDRS [ Tracking and Data Relay Satellites ], GPS [ Global Positioning Satellites ], and any other form of technology which uses electromagnetism, i.e. television, radio, the internet, and the telephone. The Pentagon calls this mind reading and subliminal, subconscious brainwashing technology Synthetic Telepathy, which the Russians refer to as Psychotronics or Psychological-Electronics, although there is nothing paranormal about it at all. The Russian military and intelligence agencies, unlike other sectors of the Russian economy, continue to be well funded and supplied with the most technologically up-to-date weaponry, and the Russians after the Americans still have a large arsenal of nuclear weapons. Sometimes Russian spies can
impersonate American spies, and vice versa.
