The most interesting part are the Direct Human Brain – artifcial intelegence – Interface System technologies. MINDTECH will do extensive and thorough research into this totally new area, which at this point, is being investigated only by the few.

The stories are so horrible when as laboratory animals and to test the new technology in the most macabre and perverted ways.

First, we have to remember that all sensory data we experience is converted into electrical signals that the brain can process. The brain does a very good job of this, and we in turn experience these inputs as subjective awareness (namely through consciousness and feelings of qualia); our perception of reality is therefore nothing more than the brain’s interpretation of incoming sensory information.
Now imagine that you could stop this sensory data at the conversion point and replace it with something else.

I would like to request your help regarding a massive ignorance worldwide of huge violations of human rights and crimes against humanity.
The problem is relatively new (a worldwide explosion as from the year 2000) . The technology is highly sophisticated and is being remotely used as a weapon against civilians. Most victims are ordinary people.
They repeatedly make attempts describing what is happening to them but are being ignored or suspected of suffering from delusion. They do not receive any help whatsoever from anyone.
International and European organizations continually advise the victims to appeal to their national juridical institutions. But their complaint is systematically regarded as an isolated, minor problem.
Still, all victims’ stories worldwide are matching regarding symptoms and the description of what the technology is capable of.
On top of that, everywhere in the world over 90 percent of the victims were attacked after the year 2000 when an “epidemic pattern” was rife on each and every continent of the planet.
THIS IS WHY WE URGENTLY DEMAND AN INTERNATIONAL INVESTIGATION INTO THIS PROBLEM . European victims moreover are desperately asking for help.

If these advancements come to pass, they will create many ethical, legal, privacy and social issues. For the artificial hippocampus we should ask: would brain implants force some people to remember things they would rather forget? Could someone manipulate our memory? What would be the consequence of uploading information (see my education column)? Will we still have control over what we remember? Could we be forced to remember something over and over? If we can communicate with each other through a computer what will be the consequence of a Global Brain?

This is all part of the Totalitarian tiptoe to microchip people. When this happens more and more often in ever greater areas of our lives, there comes a point where each person reaches the stage of unquestioning, unthinking, acquiesnence. Unthinking acquienscence where the comforty = comfort! You’re so comfortable and passive you go with the flow. The idea is to include all sources of surveillance and control… medical records etc. including every aspect of that persons life and views to be linked to a central computer so that person can be revealed on a single screen.
yes, really frightening stuff. I can’t believe no trails at least since they say it’s the same drug. A radio transmitter really makes it a LOT different. I don’t want a Radio transmitter in my body. It seems that we are to be watched, tracked and made sure that we do what someone else says we must. There was a hearing this Spring in the Senate on Aging discussing just how great this all would be!! They are trying to have broadband over the electric wires, pills that track, a medical ‘force’ that makes sure you take your medications etc. This is just one of the first times I saw it mainstream. We really do have to stop this!
Sounds incredible! Could prove that ‘consiousness’ (and all the spiritual beliefs we associate with this subjective experience) is just a product of our highly evolved brains.
